Ouch!

I think I may have sprained my left ankle from yesterday's adventurous run out in the slippery sidewalk. It hurts and I'm kinda limping.

Does it heal by itself or do I have to put on those bandage things?

Youu should probably check with Pam or Christiane or Amy, but I'm pretty sure it heals on its own. The bandages are only to keep the swelling down (and maybe provide support to the stretched/torned ligaments???). So if your ankle is really swollen, I suggest the really painful remedy to put it in an ice-water bassin while you are studying... It's a grandma remedy, but it seems to help keep the swelling down and speed up healing. Normally, you put your foot in an ice-water basin right after you've sprained your ankle. I am not sure if it will have the same effect after a day or so walking around. You can always try it!

Ok, thanks...

Well, I've bandaged it and it kinda helps although it definitely hurts whenever I walk/put pressure on it. It's not too bad although you know how much we gota walk everywhere and I am limping everywhere!

No more running for Grace for a while now...
