1. Marinate cut spare ribs in sauce consisting of such ingredients: HP Sauce, Lea and Perrins, a little ketchup, water and corn starch (optional: soy sauce).
2. Marinate spare ribs for at least three hours in fridge.
3. Cook in microwave till it's cooked (turn ribs during half time)
4. Put in tray on foil with juice in oven/toaster oven at 450F. Add in more juice to this tray.
5. Glaze ribs with honey mixed with water right before turning off heat.
