Pot Roast
1. Wash whole beef briefly
2. Dry whole beef thoroughly
(instructions one and two are optional)
3. Make marinate sauce on a separate bowl with the following ingredients: HP Sauce, Lea and Perrins, McCormick's Ground Black Pepper, McCormick's dehydrated Parshley flakes, lemon juice, sugar and 2 teaspoon of corn flour.
4. Marinate beef with sauce
5. Put beef and sauce in a clean plastic bag and marinate for a day - turn plastic to ensure thorough flavour seeping through beef.
6. Heat pot with oil
7. Fry all sides of beef till brown
8. Put in marinate sauce and put on a lower heat level.
9. Turn to different sides when simmering
(optional: put in onion and potato)
10. Put in termometer to ensure if it is well done, etc etc.
11. Take beef out of pot and wrap it.
