Grace, you take good pictures, but not at the right moment. I look awful in 99% of all these 3 pictures! Yes, I agree that by looking at those pictures you would think that I am getting old, but if you saw a good picture of me, I probably wouldn't think so! On that picture, I am half-way to my real smile, and it looks like I don't know how to smile, or that I am in pain!
And sorry I haven't emailed you back, those are difficult questions to answer, but I think one just have to make a decision as to where to draw the boundary and when to stand their ground. For a person working in the oil industry, it is inevitable to expect the company to produce a certain quantity of pollution to the environment through their activities. But I think there is space for CSR (eg. research on technology to lower emission, research on alternative energy, transparency/involvement to community etc.) to happen within such an industry, and maybe you will have to sort those company out and find out which does not fit your personal values/criteria.
