I said "Hey" to that brown sweatshirt...

Okay, so today marks the third week since our initial bumping incident. I had been feeling quite tired of the whole smiling and non-smiling game. I see him every Tuesday and Thursday in class and in the hallway and it's weird to just ignore each other.

So anyway, I saw him in Finance class today. Then I saw him in BLAW class again. Nobody said hi.

Went my happy merry way to the Winspear Library to study for a bit until it was time to meet Amy. Went to Eonfire Office to grab my apples to be distributed to my Navs friends during Navs Leaders Development Time later and was proceeding to go to HUB. Then...out of the corner of my eye I saw him standing at the Business Building doorway connected to HUB (second floor). Ahhh, you won't believe it, but my initial reaction was to turn around, go down to first floor then to HUB. I had already spun around, then thought to myself, HEY, why am I avoiding him? That's stupid! So anyway...walked with all the courage I could muster and saw that he was in a conversation with a girl. He turned, and well, at the same time I smiled, and said "Hey!" He gave a little wave and said "hey" and I scooted out through the door after I had passed them. Whew!

See...I DID IT! I said "Hey!!!" Don't I deserve a cookie for being a brave friendly gal??

Ok... I’m confused. If you don’t like the guy, then why would you think about avoiding him and going the long way around to hub? Seems to me that someone is in denial.

On a happier note, I’m proud of you little Gracie Poo. You had the courage to go up to him and say “hi”. Very well done.

I would also tend to agree with the other posts above. A couple more “hi’s” in class, and in the halls then it is time to ask for a name.

Good luck with the next part of your adventure. I’m rooting for you!

min,

hey, no praises and no cookies for the friendly brave grace?

athen,

eh, then how come he cannot say hi wan? ish...

nilos,

dude...it's just weird to always see each other and not acknowledge one's presence, so that's why i felt like avoiding him. hmm, don't let any pretty ideas come into your mind dude...

And I totally did not "go up to him and say hi"...I merely walk the way out to HUB and he happened to be there.

And if you're nice enough, next time I'll show you that brown sweatshirt coz you have a class just right before us in that room...
So...be good now!

Mei is asking you to wait for him to say hey to 'test the waters' ie, see if he is interested. If you don't have a crush on him, slumber la and just talk to him.

Kakakakaka this Min is so funny man. Well if you like him (and I highly reckon you do), then.. work your magic Grace. Don't hit him. Remember what your slapping does to people? ;P

Hey good job Grace, I knew you could do it! Spark up your days with a little adventure! You know what? I was told once to do something that scares me every day... you should try that too, maybe something would happen :)!
And yes, you do deserve a cookie, but not any kind of cookie - a cookie by George... and maybe ten cookies - and then you could share some with me :P

Hello Joli!

What a surprise, I didn't know you read my blog!

And what is it that you were told to do daily which scares you? Is it what we learnt two weeks ago?!?

Cookies by George...mmm, such yummy cookies! I kinda miss working there...free cookies, free coffee...mmmm...

Yes, grace, I am just discovering blogs, and I read your blog, and my sister's blog. I also visited Christianne's blog, since it was a link from your blog. Now, you must read my blog!

Yah, cookies by george's coffee and cookies sound good for Friday...

Hey, and what did we learn two weeks ago? I learn so many things every day, I am not sure what your're talking about! Doing something that scares me everyday can be so many things! Talking to a guy you see everyday but do not know would be one, jumping into the water from the high diving board would be another, studying for physics would be another!!!

Joli,

Cool, I didn't know you just started a blog! I've just linked you on mine too -- so I'll definitely be visiting your blog!

Ok, cookies by george it is for Friday.

Two weeks ago, *hint hint*...remember on "carry your cross?"

Ah, and my life isn't so exciting as to be studying physics everyday -- now that would be REALLY scary for me. Me, I'm just contented studying law for my midterm tomorrow. Pray for me!!
